Rates
Rates include three meals a day plus delicious deserts (dietary needs are taken into consideration), activities from the vessel such as kayaking, hiking, fishing, shrimping, crabbing, wildlife viewing, beach combing, as well as learning how to navigate the vessel. Rates are based on a seven-day cruise. Please contact us for a custom quote for your desired cruise length.
If you are traveling alone, you may be asked to share a room, or you will be required to pay for the private cabin rate. Thank you.

Payment Details
Getting to the Departure Point
To board the Sundance you may fly directly to Anchorage, Alaska or Seattle, Washington. You will then need to fly to and from your embarkation and disembarkation towns of Ketchikan, Sitka or Juneau via Alaska Airlines which is the only airline connecting Southeast Alaska with the outside world. Air transport or hotel accommodations are not included in the cruise cost.

Terms and Conditions
Air fare, on shore accommodations, alcoholic beverages or items of a personal nature, or additional tours are not included in the price of the trip. We would be happy to give you a bid based on your specific needs or wishes.

Deposits & Reservations
A deposit of 25% of total tour cost is required to reserve your dates. We ask that deposits be received within 10 days of making reservation or your dates may be released.
Payment
After the deposit has been received, a final payment is due at least 60 days prior to the tour's departure date. We accept cash, check or paypal payments
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your trip for some reason, we understand. You can receive back 25% of your deposit if you request cancellation at LEAST 60 days before your trip. Later than 60 days we cannot offer any refund and 100% of the cost of the trip will be owed.
Note: Due to the short season, cancellation refunds can only be made if the dates can be rebooked.We recommend the purchase of trip insurance. Alaska Exploration Cruises, Inc. will not be held liable for losses or delays due to weather or circumstances beyond their control.
