Handcrafted
by Pacific Northwest artist Melanie Petrich, her mosaics are an expanded
avenue for her exceptional talent in working with stained glass for
many years.
Melanie's
designs are original and in many instances created specifically to her
client' specifications and decorative needs. Each piece is made with
thousands of hand cut and fitted pieces of tile.
Mosaic art is fast becoming an answer for not simply a wall hanging,
but also for that accent on a counter top or splashboard, cupboard doors,
or as flatwork on any surface such as a table, dresser or a chair.
From flower pots to mirrors, mosaic art can turn simple items into focal
points.
